Too fond of being elected. Too fond of just being a mouthpiece for their owners views.

There at least remains the possibiliy of giving ideas that work a chance in our professional and personal lives, away from the agenda created by the politicos and journos.

First listen - others have ideas and energy that is inpriational and applicable in our own workplaces. Next, challenge - shape a half formed idea into a better one, without aiming to win all arguments like a politico. The engage - spread the word and adapt the style to meet the audience.

There are big challenges ahead and people have ideas.
submitted by - Chris Watt on 10/05/2008 19:29:50

Not small thinking

Its about great ideas, big ideas and how these are turned into solutions that benefit end users, consumers and companies.
